Executive Management 

Andrew Gomory

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew joined Lingraphica as CEO in 2003. He has experience in the areas of software development, computer mapping, routing, and logistics industry. Today, Andrew oversees the company’s product development, sales, marketing, and clinical teams. He provides valuable leadership skills to the company and helps propel it into the next generation of aphasia research and therapy offerings. Andrew holds a BS from Princeton University and an MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Michele Hart-Henry

Executive Vice President

Michele joined Lingraphica in 2011. She has more than 20 years of health care communications and marketing experience, having worked for a Blue Cross Plan, CHD Meridian Healthcare, Take Care Health Systems, and Ameritox. Michele is well versed in all facets of health care marketing and has led both small and large marketing teams. Today, she leads the company’s sales, marketing, and operations teams. She holds a BA from Penn State University and an MA from Notre Dame University of Maryland.

Clinical Management

Richard D. Steele, PhD

Chief Scientist

Dr. Steele is an original founder of Lingraphica. As the company’s Chief Scientist, he is responsible for the Lingraphica’s treatment technology as well as the research on its effectiveness. Prior to founding Lingraphica, he was a Research Health Scientist at the Rehabilitation Research and Development Center of the Palo Alto Veterans Administration Medical Center. He holds a BS in Physics from Stanford University and an MA and PhD in Slavic Languages and Linguistics from Harvard University. He holds three U.S. patents related to rehabilitation.

Lisa Haynes, MS, CCC-SLP

Manager, Clinical Affairs

Lisa joined Lingraphica in 2007. She is a certified speech-language pathologist and Augmentative and Alternative Communication specialist. Before coming to work for Lingraphica, Lisa trained clinical staff and caregivers as an AAC consultant. She also has several years experience supervising SLPs in a variety of settings. Today, she manages Lingraphica’s clinical programs and offerings. She is also a member of ASHA’s Professional Development committee. She holds a BS and an MS from Kansas State University.

Clinical Consulting and Business Development Management

Victoria Stezzi, BSN, RN

Director, Business Development and Clinical Consulting

Victoria joined Lingraphica in 2006. She has experience working in numerous medical settings including: the cardiac nursing department at the Medical Center at Princeton, a laser vision correction center for an ophthalmic surgeon in the greater Philadelphia area, and the pharmaceutical sales industry. Today, Victoria leads the Clinical Consultant and Client Advocate teams. She holds a BSN degree from Rutgers University.

Audi Cathcart, MA, CCC-SLP

Manager, Clinical Consulting

Audi joined Lingraphica in 2014. She is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist. Prior to joining Lingraphica as a Clinical Consultant, she owned a private speech-language pathology practice in Indianapolis. She has also worked as an SLP in schools, home-health organizations, and the Veterans Administration. She holds a BS from Purdue University and an MA from University of Memphis.

Brianne Kosch, MA, CCC-SLP/ATP

Clinical Consultant

Brianne joined Lingraphica in 2011. She has experience providing speech and language services for children with autism. She holds a BA and an MA in speech-language pathology from Hofstra University. Brianne is also currently pursuing a clinical doctorate in speech-language pathology at Nova Southeastern University.

Amanda Gunn, M.Ed., CCC-SLP

Clinical Consultant

Amanda joined Lingraphica in 2016. With more than 5 years of experience in speech-language pathology Amanda has helped pediatric and adult populations communicate. She holds a BS Ed. and M.Ed. from the University of West Georgia.

Caitlin Mueller, MS, CCC-SLP

Clinical Consultant

Caitlin joined Lingraphica in 2015. She has experience providing speech therapy services in the California school system. She holds two Bachelors degrees and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from University of the Pacific.

Kate Diehl, MS, CCC-SLP

Clinical Consultant

Kate joined Lingraphica in 2016. She is an ASHA-licensed speech-language pathologist. Kate has experience providing speech and language services for pediatric and adult populations in the outpatient, school, and private practice settings. She has experience with a variety of speech-generating devices in the areas of evaluation, programming, treatment, and caregiver training. Kate holds a BA in Linguistics from the University of Kansas and an MS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from New York University.

Matthew Tisdale, MA, CCC-SLP

Clinical Consultant

Matthew joined Lingraphica in 2016. He has experience providing speech and language services for the adult population in the acute, skilled, and outpatient settings. Matthew holds a BA in mass communications from Auburn University and an MA in speech, language, & hearing sciences from San Diego State University.

Vanessa Stocki, MS, CCC-SLP

Clinical Consultant

Vanessa joined Lingraphica in 2017. She practiced as a speech-language pathologist in the medical setting with the pediatric and adult population for almost 9 years before joining Lingraphica. She dedicated her practice to the acute care and rehab setting with specialties in head and neck cancers and neurosurgical patients. She holds a BS in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida and an MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida Atlantic University.

Marketing Management

Kevin Self

Director, Marketing

Kevin joined Lingraphica in 2012. He brings more than 15 years of experience in journalism, marketing, and healthcare communications. Prior to joining Lingraphica’s management team, he was an editor at various healthcare and technology publications, directed communications for a small business advocacy group, and handled client services for a technology marketing agency. He holds a BA from University of Maryland College Park.

Angie Maher

Manager, Marketing Communications

Angie joined Lingraphica in 2016. She has 20 years of marketing communications experience, including almost a decade with three national non-profit organizations in the healthcare arena. As a writer and grassroots fundraiser, Angie has raised public awareness of lung disease, cancer research, and frontotemporal dementia, which includes primary progressive aphasia. She holds a BA in English Communications from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania.

Faye Stillman, MS, CCC-SLP/ATP

Manager, Continuing Education

Faye joined Lingraphica in 2014. She is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist and a RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Professional. Before coming to work for Lingraphica, Faye completed augmentative and alternative communication device evaluations, made device recommendations, and did staff and caregiver training in both outpatient and acute care pediatric settings. She holds a BS from the University of North Texas and an MS from Texas Woman’s University.

Jessica Ford

Manager, Administration

Jessica joined Lingraphica in 2008. She is responsible for managing the production and administrative tasks for the company. She holds a BA from Rutgers University.

Reimbursement Management

Trish Aristone

Director, Sales and Reimbursement

Trish joined Lingraphica in 2016. She bring more than 6 years of experience in health care, managed care, and DME contracting. She is responsible for managing the insurance reimbursement and billing department. In addition to her PAHM certification she also holds a BA from Rutgers University.

Brittany L. O’Brien

Manager, Sales Support

Brittany joined Lingraphica in 2016. She brings a diverse background in patient care management systems, medical logistics, and public healthcare development. She previously worked as an international operations coordinator for a medical assistance company in Philadelphia, PA. She holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Rhode Island.

Jennifer Gunderman

Client Advocate

Jennifer joined Lingraphica in 2016. She brings more than 3 years of experience in the durable medical equipment field. Jennifer has helped patients, both adult and pediatric, acquire medical equipment necessary to ensure the very best quality of life. She holds a BS from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Monique McKenzie

Client Advocate

Monique joined Lingraphica in 2016. She brings several years of experience in health care, managed care, and durable medical equipment. Monique previously assisted patients and nurses as a care manager for a durable medical equipment company. She holds a BA in psychology from Rider University.

Johanna Gaughan

Client Advocate

Johanna joined Lingraphica in 2017. She brings more than 2 years of experience in durable medical equipment billing and customer service. Johanna has previously worked several customer service jobs in various fields of service in her native country of Sweden. She holds a BS in Biology from Rutgers University.

Paola M. Cevallos

Client Advocate

Paola joined Lingraphica in 2017. With over 7 years in customer relationship management, Paola strives to fully understand patient needs in order to provide the right solutions. She holds a BS from Kean University and a mini-MBA from Rutgers University in Digital Marketing.

Punit Raizada

Director of Product Development and Operations

Punit joined Lingraphica in 2014. He brings more than 15 years of experience in software development. He previously worked at Scanbuy Inc. managing the development and implementation of their flagship products. He holds a BA and an MS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Robert Gonsalves

Chief Technical Officer

Robert joined Lingraphica in 1990. He brings more than 30 years of software and hardware development experience to Lingraphica. As one of the original employees of Lingraphica, he’s overseen every product launch the company has ever done.

Frank Carnevale

Product Manager

Frank joined Lingraphica in 2014. He brings more than 5 years of experience in software development. He previously worked at several start-ups in New York City and San Francisco. He holds a BS from University of Maryland at College Park.
