To make sure you get the most out of your Lingraphica, we provide lessons over the phone, at your convenience. During the lessons you will learn the basics: how to load your Lingraphica with whatever you want to say, how to customize pages to be practical and easy to use, and how to take advantage of the built-in therapy tools and exercises. We will answer all your questions and give you as much time as you need. And best of all –– our lessons are free. We can also provide live, interactive training over the Internet. All you will need, in addition to your Lingraphica, is a high-speed Internet connection (either DSL or cable modem) and a phone. To schedule a lesson, call us at 888-274-2742 and ask for Pam.
Three help videos are built into the Lingraphica: the "Lingraphica Training Video," the "SmallTalk Training Video," and the "Therapy Exercises Training Video." You can use these as references anytime you want to refresh your memory about a feature. To view them, turn on the Lingraphica and make your selection under the Help menu. Once you select a training video, you can choose any specific topic you want to learn about from its menu.
