Patricia joined Lingraphica in 2020. She has over 15 years of experience in higher education, including program administration, student advising, and professional development. Patricia holds a B.A. from Scranton University, an M.A. from Villanova University, and an Ed.D. from Saint Joseph’s University.
Brian joined Lingraphica in 2019. He has several years experience in providing excellent customer service. He holds a B.A. in Communication from Rutgers University.
Jon joined Lingraphica in 2019. He has five years of agency and in-house content development and marketing experience. He holds a BA in Psychology and Economics from Stony Brook University.
Tim joined Lingraphica in 2019, bringing over 10 years of experience in customer service and technical support. Prior to joining Lingraphica, he worked in media and communications technical support and medical claims adjudication systems. Tim holds a MS in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Stefan joined Lingraphica in 2018. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the customer service field. Prior to joining Lingraphica, he worked as a store manager for Starbucks.
Elizabeth joined Lingraphica in 2017. She brings more than 3 years of experience working in the marketing and publishing industries. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts.
Rachel joined Lingraphica in 2010. She brings more than six years of experience working in the marketing field as well as growing the company’s lead volume by increasing the number of in-person visits for our sales team. She holds a BA in communication with an emphasis in advertising from The University of Hartford.
Kari joined Lingraphica in 2007. In her various roles within the company, she has helped design the user interface of Lingraphica devices, as well as many of our iOS apps. She currently works closely with the Lingraphica Aphasia Users Group to introduce new aphasia-friendly features, manages Lingraphica’s web properties, and produces the company’s video content.
Paola joined Lingraphica in 2017. With over 7 years in customer relationship management, Paola strives to fully understand patient needs in order to provide the right solutions. She holds a BS from Kean University and a mini-MBA from Rutgers University in Digital Marketing.
