  1. My husband’s device is charged but the screen is too dark to see anything. It’s like the light is turned off. What is wrong with it and How do we fix it.????

  2. Yes my device is completely off even though I tried to charge it it won’t charge. I have spoken to people repeatedly and they sent me a new Samsung device but it doesn’t work either I don’t know what else to do other than send it back
