Hi everyone! My name is Sherry. Five years ago, I had a stroke that resulted in me having aphasia. I understand everything that is said to me, I just have trouble getting my words out. Most of the time I speak verbally and us gestures but sometimes I use my AAC device to help me. Life since my stroke has been different. Sometimes this different is good and sometimes this different is bad. Before my stroke I lived in Florida, but now I live in Ohio. I have three kids.
