What are the activities you enjoy with friends that don’t rely so much on speech?

Hi Katja! Evy from Lingraphica here. Some things I enjoy doing with friends that don’t involve much verbal communication is going to the movies (or watching one at home!), listening to music while painting our nails or coloring/doing a craft together, and walking outside in nature.

Hi Katja! In addition to the great ideas Evy shared, you could also give these a try:
- Puzzles
- Going to a beach or lake
- Reading together
- Gardening together
- Yoga
- Group meditation
